childrens museum

Yesterday since it was Martin Luther's King Day, Jaedon of course didn't have school, but Jon also was able to get the day off as well. So we ventured out to the Children's Museum. The kids always see commercials for it on PBS and are always begging to go. They loved it, and there was a ton to do and see.

Jaedon loved the ball place. Some energy science part.

This one cracked me up. She looks like she is hanging on for dear life, but she really isn't. She is the daredevil of the family.
See what I mean... head first.
Afterwards we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, (thanks to Aunt Liz) and the kids got some balloon creatures. Other than the awesome rolls and honey butter, I think that is the only reason why the kids like going, so they can see the balloon lady.

I love how hard livy is concentrating on her 'painting'. I also love sof's smile as she is going down the slide head first. That looks like a very fun place!
