cravings

It seems every time I get pregnant I kind of crave the same things. One thing is peperoncini peppers with Baked Lay's. I really would eat this even if not pregnant too. The salt of the chips balances out the hotness of the peppers.

Any way, one afternoon while eating this, Sofia was bound and determined to have one. No matter what I said or did, I was not going to change her mind. So to let her realize on her own that she wouldn't like it, I gave her one. She actually liked it...

and sucked and gnawed on it for awhile.

And then... the hotness sunk in.

She did come back for another one a little later, and that one didn't last as long as the first one.

more babies

So speaking of babies, we are happy to announce that we will be having baby #4 due on September 10th. We had our first appointment on Thursday and the baby was measuring ahead 4 days. No surprise really there since with all the other ones they have been the same. I am just praying that this baby doesn't get bigger than 10 pounds.

You would think that she would play with the new babies that she got for Christmas. But no, she always has one of these old ones that I got at a garage sale a few years back.

The bigger one the kids have named "big baby", from off of Toy Story 3. The other day someone had managed to push one of her eyes down too to look just like it.

what's goin' on

Things have been a little slow around these parts. It is freezing cold outside and the last 2 days we have had Snow Days due to the storm that blew through. Where did we move to!?

But we are enjoying ourselves around here. The other day while lying on the couch, Livy was over on the other one across from me. And this is what I saw...

they are trouble. But even when they are in trouble, they are still the cutest things.

childrens museum

Yesterday since it was Martin Luther's King Day, Jaedon of course didn't have school, but Jon also was able to get the day off as well. So we ventured out to the Children's Museum. The kids always see commercials for it on PBS and are always begging to go. They loved it, and there was a ton to do and see.

This one cracked me up. She looks like she is hanging on for dear life, but she really isn't. She is the daredevil of the family.

Afterwards we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, (thanks to Aunt Liz) and the kids got some balloon creatures. Other than the awesome rolls and honey butter, I think that is the only reason why the kids like going, so they can see the balloon lady.

a shining sunbeam

Livy entered the world of Primary today. She is officially a little Sunbeam. It was weird waiting there with her to go into the Primary room, it just seemed like she was too little to be going. She did awesome and told us that she had a great time.
