Sofia was great with all the animals. She would walk down the aisles and wave and say hi to all of them. UNTIL we went into the bird exhibit. Some of the chickens were being pretty noisy clucking away, and it freaked Sofia out. So we distracted her with the bunnies.
In case you were wondering, that is one fluffy bunny.
We of course had to go on some of the rides. Not quite like Hershey Park, but good enough. Of course we had to go on the roller coaster and let Jaedon get his fix.
We then went to the Rodeo, and was having a great time until a storm decided to roll in.
We did have covered seating, but with the wind, the rain was coming in sideways and the roof didn't help at all. The kids were huddled down behind us, and we were drenched in a matter of seconds.
It is hard to see the rain in this picture, but it was coming down pretty heavy for a good portion of the rodeo. The power went out as well within the first couple of minutes of starting, but they still continued on, until intermission when it was too dark to see, and they still didn't have the power back on, so they finally cancelled it.
With all that happened though, it was still fun and we had a great time.

I LOVE Livy in that hat!!! The children were all smiles so I would say it was a fun family time! Though I am not sure that Roller Coaster gave Jaedon his fix. Looks pretty small compared to Hershey Park! Sofi needs that big fluffy bunny in her back yard. What a cute critter! What cute little critters those grandchildren of ours!
It looks a lot like the Preston County fair. and remember the rodeo when you came, it must be your luck with rodeo's. I bet it was fun though and a great memory.
I think you are going to have to do WAAAAAY better than that roller coaster for Jaedon to get his fix!
